Due to the Woodlands Marathon, the roads around the Marriott hotel will be closed by 6:15AM Saturday (Grogans Mill Dr, Lake Robbins Dr. [Eastbound], Six Pines Dr., and Timberloch Pl)
The two Marriott parking garages will not be available for Council parking on Saturday morning.
We recommend arriving in The Woodlands between 7-7:30AM. There will be the fewest runners in the general vicinity of the hotel during that time.
What to know and expect:
You will likely have to walk several blocks after parking.
Runners and spectators will also be parked in available parking areas. Have a contingency plan.
You may have to pay for parking.
Uber/Lyft will not be able to drop off at the hotel.
Parking at the following locations is not permissible:
Cinemark
Kirby’s Ice House
Market Street
HEB
Recommended parking locations are:
1500 Lake Robbins Garage – next to the Cinemark movie theater – Free Parking
The Woodlands Mall lots – 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive – Free Parking
24 Waterway Garage – entrance is on Fountains Plaza between Lake Robbins Dr. & Waterway Square Pl. – Paid Parking
The marathon will conclude and streets will reopen by 2PM on Saturday.
