About Council
What is Council and who attends?
Council is the Diocese’s annual business meeting, held each February. Participants include elected congregational delegates, college ministries, lay heads of congregations, and canonically resident clergy.
The bishop presides ex officio. Membership is defined in Article 2 of the EDOT Constitution.
