Please note that the registration deadline is February 5, 2027. This deadline will be strictly enforced. If you miss the registration period, you will still be able to register onsite on February 19–20, 2027.
Required Congregational Submissions
In addition to registering for Council, each congregation must submit the following documents and complete the required updates no later than February 5, 2027:
Parochial Report: Report filing will be available beginning in January 2027. The deadline to complete and submit the report is February 5, 2027, regardless of the Episcopal Church’s deadline.
Necrology Report (if applicable)
USHER Portal Updates: All officer and vestry positions in the USHER Portal must be updated by February 5, 2027. Parish Administrators and Heads of Congregations have access to make these updates.
How to Secure the Early-Bird Discount for Lay Delegates and Alternates
If you do not have the names of your lay delegates and alternates before January 1, 2027, you can still take advantage of the early-bird discount by following these steps:
Before January 1, 2027, email Nina Gaspar at ngaspar@epicenter.org with the total number of lay delegates and alternates you plan to register.
Once you have their names and are ready to register them, email Nina again to request a promotional code.
Register your lay delegates and alternates using the promotional code provided.
Please note:
All clergy must be registered before January 1, 2027, to receive the early-bird discount.
Lay delegates and alternates cannot be registered until their names are known.
