In addition to registering for council, each congregation is required to submit the following documents no later than February 13, 2026:
Parochial Report – Report filing will be available starting on January 5, 2026. Deadline to complete and submit the report is February 13, 2026, regardless of the Episcopal Church deadline.
Journal Directory – All officer and vestry positions in USHER Portal will need to be updated by February 13, 2026. Parish Administrators and Heads of Congregations have access to make these updates.

‼️ If you won’t know your lay delegates’ names before January 1, you can still get the early-bird discount:
Email Nina Gaspar (ngaspar@epicenter.org) before January 1 with the number of lay delegates you plan to register.
When you have their names, email Nina again for a promotional code to use during registration.
Note:
- All clergy must register by January 1 to receive early-bird pricing.
- Lay delegates cannot be registered until their names are known.
