In addition to registering for council, each congregation is required to submit the following documents no later than February 13, 2026:
Parochial Report – Report filing will be available starting on January 5, 2026. Deadline to complete and submit the report is February 13, 2026, regardless of the Episcopal Church deadline.
Journal Directory – All officer and vestry positions in USHER Portal will need to be updated by February 13, 2026. Parish Administrators and Heads of Congregations have access to make these updates.

All Check-in and Meeting Floor positions have been filled.
We especially need help with:
General Set Up (Thursday 3–5pm)
Logistics Coordinators (Friday & Saturday shifts)
Business Meeting Set Up (Saturday early morning)
iPad Check-Out (Saturday morning)
Exhibit Hall Helpers (Friday late morning)
Logistics, Set-up, and iPad checkout volunteers are still needed.
Some roles include light lifting and equipment setup.
This is a wonderful way to serve the wider church, and volunteers do not pay Council fees.
